  • 2 passport photographs of the School proprietor(s).

  • The proposed name of the school (2 names must be submitted)
  • The address of the school
  • The authorized share capital of the school
  • The objectives of the school
  • Particulars of the 2 directors and shareholders of the school – (copy of their identification card, which could be National passport/National Identity card/Driver’s license or voters card)
  • Age, phone numbers, email address and residential address of the 2 directors and shareholders.

Once you’ve successfully registered the School as a business name, a certificate of incorporation and a form CAC/BN/1 shall be issued to you the school proprietor. For a school that is registered as a private liability company, the Certificate of Incorporation, a Form CAC 1.1 and a Memorandum and Article of Association shall be issued to the Directors.
