Dr Fahad is the Dean, School of Foundation Studies, University of Africa.
He has vast teaching experience encompassing both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the UK, Spain, UAE, Egypt and more recently Budapest. He has acted as supervisor to many students across degree programmes.
In addition, he has carried out several consultancy projects including acting as Director of the Haringey Business Development Agency (London).
Currently, Dr Fahad is involved in a range of roles in Nigeria including as Dean, School of Foundation Studies, University of Africa; Chairman of PGTI (UK); Quality Director of PGTI Programmes in the West Africa Region; and PGTI’s Director responsible for Strategic Marketing, Training and Development, and Collaborative Arrangements in Nigeria and the rest of Africa. In addition, Dr Fahad has acted as a consultant, trainer and facilitator to private international schools in Nigeria as well as writing on issues relating to the Nigerian educational sector including the improvement of public schools through PPP initiatives.

Mr. Alex Goma is an experienced business leader with over 20yrs experience building people, customers and brands from P&G, British American Tobacco, Guinness and now PZ Cussons in Africa.
He is a faculty member of AGDC, an enterprise set of to prepare college graduates for employment or running their own company.
Nothing interests him more than helping young Africans achieve their true potentials in academics and secular career.

Mr. ILORI, Johnson Olushola is the Principal Consultant, ELLA Educational Services and Registrar, Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta International School
He has over 10 years experience in education management, teaching, examining and consulting.
Moreover, he is a Certified Instructor, Teachers’ Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN); Associate, Nigerian Institute of Training and Development (NITAD); Associate, Institute of Strategic Human Capital Development (ISHCM); Member, Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA), Member, Institute of Diplomacy and Public Management (IPDM), Member, Chartered Institute of Public Management of Nigeria (CIPMN) among others.

International Education Consultant
Dr. Jennifer Smith has served at the Senior Executive Level in the field of education for more than twenty-five years. She has served at the North Carolina State Department of Public Instruction in the USA supervising principals and implementing academic and leadership changes to salvage the lowest performing schools within the state, thus restructuring them into schools of high academic growth and performance. Dr. Smith also served as founding Principal of schools within the USA and South Korea, leading both schools to national standards of academic success.
She also positively impacted the standards and culture of education in the Middle East, serving as a Superintendent in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi for six years, supervising over 500,000 students and 118 schools. She has also served as Continent Educator Director for seventeen countries in East and Southern Africa: Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, Dibouti, Eritrea, Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. She was instrumental in evaluating the performance of principals and school leaders throughout the continent of Africa. She also planned, developed, and provided training and staff development programs to principals and school leaders to increase the academic performance of students and to bring cultural awareness regarding the importance of education
Dr. Smith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Education and Literature, three Master’s Degrees: English Education and Literature, Education Administration and Supervision, and Curriculum and Instruction. She also holds a Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership.

Dr. Frances Tsakonas is the Director of RITE Education Associates and the President of ISN Global (International Students Network).
She has over 35 years experience in international education. Frances has worked for governments, advising on education reform, non-governmental organisations and private education providers around the world, as well as for international organisations such as the World Bank, the OECD, the EU, the European Training Foundation and the British Council. Frances was born and raised in Australia where she completed her primary and secondary schooling, and then continued her studies in Greece, the US, the UK and The Netherlands. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The American College of Greece, a Master of Education in Bilingual/Multicultural and Special Education from Lesley University USA, a Graduate Diploma in Institutional Management and Change in Education from the University of Twente in the Netherlands, a Post-Master's Certificate of Advanced Studies in Education from the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University USA, a Certificate in Public Administration from JFK School of Government of Harvard University, a Certificate in the Management of Lifelong Learning from the Graduate School of Education of Harvard University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Education Internationalization from the Institute of Education, University of London, UK.
Frances is currently pursuing graduate studies in entrepreneurship, strategy and change management at Oxford University Said Business School.
Managing Partner, Verraki Partners
Mr. Niyi Yusuf is the Managing Partner, Verraki Partners. He had earlier served as the Country Managing Director for Accenture in Nigeria and was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s strategy, team and operations.
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University, Nigeria with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Combined Honours) in Computer Science and Economics in 1990, and also has a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Wales. 9He joined Accenture (the then Arthur Andersen) in 1995 after a 4year stint with JKK, a Nigerian IT company.
Niyi is a skilled transformation change manager with over 25years experience advising C-level executives in government and private organizations as they navigate strategic change and new IT initiatives.
Niyi is a Member of the Governing Council of Corona Schools Trust Council, Chairman of the Board of Corona Secondary School, and a Member of the Board of Trustees of Fountain University Osogbo. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group, Chairman of NAZAS – the NASFAT Agency for Zakat and Sadaqat, a Facilitator at Fate Foundation, a Facilitator of Employability Training for the Empowerment Committee of NASFAT Society, amongst other Education, Empowerment and Entrepreneurial oriented NGOs where he performs his community service and lives his passion of helping others to be more successful.
