Elpaal International School is a young and fast growing Christian School, headed by Mrs Evelyn Adebayo. She is an experienced educator with many years of classroom and leadership experience in the United Kingdom and in Nigeria. She holds an MA in Education Psychology, from the Institute of Education, University College London-a world renowned educational research institute. Also, she has a PGCE (QTS), from the London South bank University, London and a BA in English from the Lagos State University, Nigeria. She is the principal consultant of Teaching Redefined International Consult (TRIC), a consulting firm for Teacher training development and school improvements. She has a passion for supporting children with learning difficulties. She operates a Saturday Remediation School programme for children in that category to remove the barriers to learning.
