Both schools are situated in Mombasa County. One of our schools is in Mombasa city while the other is in Kiembeni. They are only 5 km apart. In Mombasa city we neighbour Marie Stopes Hospital and also Nairobi Women Hospital- off Moi Avenue, in Mvita Sub County. In Kiembeni we neighbour Nguuni sanctuary behind Turkey Base about 2 km from Bamburi Market, in Kisauni sub-county. The schools are run by the same management team. Most of the things done in both schools are similar except that there are boarding facilities in Kiembeni. We do many things together like Swimming gala. Music festivals. Cultural days. Educational trips. Educational symposiums. Mathematics contests. Science contests. Prayer days. Visitation to the orphanages or old people homes. Fairfield academy took time to place the best environment conducive for leaning. We took special attention to classes. They are spacious and well ventilated. The color schemes in the pre- primary school are tailor made to raise their curiosity. The entire place is painted with the child in mind, to encourage seriousness amongst the teachers, the staff and the leaner. The desk/ tables/ chairs are tailor made to the ages and the needs of the learner. They are also comfortable. The school itself is located in a friendly environment away from the noise and other pollutants. The town campus will soon move to a more spacious place near Makupa , behind Makupa police station.
