Lekki City International College (LCIC) is a secondary and sixth form school built on strong vision of producing future leaders of colossal repute, integrity, academic excellence, national awareness and high positive morals through qualitative and extensive education delivered by highly empowered and experienced educators devoted to the total positive transformation of our students leading to global indestructible co-existence, discoveries and application of emerging technologies and methodologies as a preparatory stage towards admission into  top universities in the UK, USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA, GHANA and NIGERIA. Our mission is geared towards grooming and positioning students to combat national and global challenges and problems. Aside from the JSSCE and SSCE curriculum programme, we teach and register students for WAEC, NECO, CAMBRIDGE IGCSE, A-LEVEL EXAMINATIONS, INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES FOUNDATION PROGRAMME, IELTS, SAT, TOEFL and we also aid the placement of qualified students to our associate universities abroad. OUR FACILITIES We have created one of the best learning environments to meet our students’ needs. These include: Aesthetic comfortable and air conditioned classrooms, all en-suite with 24 hours internet access. Spacious classrooms with multimedia accessories, interactive white board and projectors. State of the art ICT suite, well stocked e-Library, Modern Chemistry and Physics Lab. The school has air-conditioned buses. The school library is an electronic library stocked with various academic materials; computer assisted instruction (CAI), eBooks, and textbooks from indigenous and foreign authors, News papers, Magazines, audio-visuals among others. Our facilities have supplementary power supplies with standby generators. Our school has a supervised boarding environment with opportunities to take part in various sporting activities. The decorative and serene state of our boarding facilities is excellent. Catering services are available and tuck shop services are also within reach. OUR HOSTEL We run a hostel facility that encourages communal atmosphere germane to learning with no interference from any source. It is worthy of note that our hostel has a wireless internet facility that promotes learning within the premises. The hostel system enables the students to work in a harmonious, clannish environment, dominated by people nursing the same or similar dream and aspiration. Therefore, the students read together, pray together, eat together, use the school bus together to and fro the school, and enjoy certain social activities together. The hostel has a steady supply of electricity supply, guaranteed by a stand-by generator. Activities of the students are confined within the hostel premises and made secure by our well-trained security personnel. However, our hostel is situated in a reserved area (Lekki-Phase 1, Lagos) with its serene, elitist environs, and its proximity to the magnificent beaches like: the Bar Beach, Lekki Beach and Kuramo Beach are a ritzy experience to savour. The activities at the hostels are co-ordinated and over-seen by the hostel’s patron and matron who are members of staff of the school.

Lekki City International College is an independent co-educational secondary and sixth form college founded by concerned educationists to bridge the gap between Nigerian and British Curriculum. Having lived in both countries and realized that there is need to make the future generation world changers, the school was brought into existence in March 2012 as a boarding/day school with emphasis on academic excellence. Lekki City International College started its first academic session in September 2012, offering, Pre-Degree Courses: Cambridge A-levels, Foundation Year and Pre-Medicals, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL. These programmes were put in place at the start of the school to ensure a smooth transition of students from this great institution into any world class university of their choice upon the completion of their programmes here. Subsequently, the secondary school was incorporated. Since inception, Lekki City International College has never been found wanting in delivering quality education. As a result, we are British Council Centre for all British International Examinations.
