Nehemiah International Schools is an arm of Nehemiah Ministries Int. Inc, which is a divine vision entrusted to REV. DR. (ENGR) CHIKE MBAMALU who was called by God from a successful construction business into full-time Ministry. The School started in September 1995 with KG, Primary and Secondary sections straight away at Restoration Centre which is its Permanent site at Okuokoko on Effurun/Agbarho Express Road, in Okpe L.G.A., Delta State. The Nkpor of the school also started in 2010. The School is a Model Christian School whose objective is to mold the lives of Children with the framework of Christian virtues, where morals, integrity, hard work, discipline, and academic excellence are highly prized and inculcated in the learners/students. It is well staffed and well equipped with all the basic learning facilities which include two Model libraries (one for the Secondary section and the other for the Primary section), well – equipped Science Laboratories, boarding house facilities for boys and girls, bus network to convey students to and from School. The two buses cover Warri, Effurun, Ebrumede, Osubi, Otokutu, Orerokpe and Agbarho. A fully equipped computer school has recently been added. Furthermore, the School is government approved and is a BECE/NECO/WAEC CENTRE. In line with the initial divine vision and mandate given to the Overseer Pastor of Nehemiah Ministries Int’l, a model Christian Higher Institution, Nehemiah College of Education, which is a stepping stone to the “Faith Triumphant University” has also been established in the same compound.
