It is a co-educational boarding school whose catchment area is within and outside Nigeria. The population of the school today is about 300 students. With the number of teachers at 25, the teacher-student ratio is about 1:12. The facilities available in the school include: well-equipped laboratories or studios for science, Home Economics, Fine Art and Computer Science as well as a well-stocked library, a standard football field and a basket ball pitch to mention just a few. To accomplish her mission and achieve her objectives, the Management Board realised from the outset that qualified and experienced teachers must be employed. Not only that, training and retraining of the staff must be on a regular basis. The college has kept faith with this and has been able to record the successes we have seen over the years. The college has participated in many academic and non-academic competitions as well as in SSCE with outstanding results.

Regal College Sagumu was founded on 1st October 1995 by Mrs F.O. Koya, a seasoned educationist. Operating by government charter and headed by Mr Y.O. Asafa, Its curriculum is in accordance with the requirements of the National Policy on Education. Situated on the outskirts of Sagamu in Ogun State and on an eleven-acre piece of land well-removed from the hustle and bustle of the town, it has produced ten sets of secondary school leavers many of whom are either university graduates today or are still pursuing their academic careers in higher institutions of learning at home or abroad.
