TAAS COLLEGE was founded in the year 2005. The commissioning came up on the 6th May, 2006 and was well attended by dignitaries from different works of life. Among important personalities that graced the occasion were Alhaji Ibrahim Shekarau, the former governor of Kano State and the present Minister of Education of Federal Republic of Nigeria, Late Alhaji Abdul Lateef Adegbite, the Former Secretary General of Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs and some notable people that cannot be mentioned here.
