25 Best Secondary Schools in Nigeria in 2022

This is the official ranking of the best secondary schools in Nigeria in 2022.

Malcolm X once said, “Education is the passport to the future, for tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today”. Those words are as true today as they were

many decades ago.

However, in the face of increasing economic, social, and political uncertainties that lace our world, attaining quality education has become more demanding than ever before.

In the wake of Covid-19, the whole approach to education and technology has taken a huge and abrupt leap which has left many unsuspecting educational institutions on the blink. In the same vein, political and social unrest has forced many institutions to rethink their approach to teaching and learning, exploring new options, adopting new techniques and creative methodologies.

Perhaps the most obvious menace to education in Nigeria is her economic reality. It has become increasingly difficult for many parents to afford quality education for their children even when they so desire. This situation has had serious implications on the education sector with dwindling standards in public and private schools alike and declining outcomes for students.

Here is the list of Best Schools in Nigeria in 2021

Interestingly, despite these odds, there have been serious efforts by a few schools not just to remain in the business of education, but to adapt to the changing times, adopt new technologies and improve learning outcomes for their students. These schools though a few, have contributed greatly towards the development of education in Nigeria in recent times, thus, worthy of recognition.

Each year, Edusko undergoes a rigorous examination of schools in Nigeria to project some of the best schools in the country. The best secondary schools in Nigeria's annual ranking among other things, serve as a guide for parents and guardians who want nothing but the best education for their children.
