Each year, Edusko undergoes a rigorous examination of schools in Nigeria to project some of the best schools in the country. The best secondary schools in Nigeria's annual ranking, among other things, serve as a guide for parents and guardians who want nothing but the best education for their children. Similar to the previous year, we collated data on the initially selected 1000 plus top secondary schools across the country to make a well-informed decision.


The schools that made this list were assessed by an independent committee on 3 major parameters namely:

Students’ performance in national and international examinations in the previous year. Recent awards and recognitions were also assessed.
